Quality Assurance

Our quality control process strictly follows the 16949 SGS ISO 9001 quality management system. All products are produced through the ERP system to ensure quality control of products during production and processing,They strictly implement 5S management and implement one code for one item,so that the product from the beginning to end is transparent, traceable, supervised, traceable and Implement 100% outbound inspection. Antian Technical Materials has an internationally leading professional automated production line for carrier coating,which is operated by engineers with more than 10 years of experience.

We strictly control raw materials and strictly test all incoming materials.

Steel size: Micrometer randomly checks product thickness,Steel materials: Use a spectrometer to measure chemical elements (to ensure compliance with purchasing requirements).
Pads use a vernier caliper to check the dimensions.The length, width, and thickness meets the product requirements, and to make sure the appearance is safeguarded without any damage.
The thermal expansion co-efficient carrier is heated to 800°C to test the friction pressure value between the liner and the pipe.

(3.) Optimize the interaction between precious metals and coating materials, Effectively ensure the high conversion rate of HC/OX after aging,optimize the position of additives on the coating material,and improve the high temperature resistance of the coating and precious metals.
